Today I got to travel to BookStock. It isn't to far from my house and my wife was willing to go with me. Trust me I was in heaven. Hardcover 2008 and older $3.00 each. Hardcover 2009 and newer $4.00. Paperbacks $1.00 each. I spent about $30.00 and brought home 8 Hardcover and 4 Paperback. I found that this is a good way to pick up those titles that I need to complete a collection/series. I spent about 2 hours there today and was in heaven. Upon making my purchase I was given a free Detroit Sports book. A coffee table piece that will most likely be a topic of conversation for days to come. Other than that my 1st book shelf is almost full. This poses a problem for me. I now have to figure out a way to convince my wife to get another book shelf. She will not be to keen on this idea but I will give it a go. As long as my wife does not go into labor before this Sunday I plan on going back to BookStock. This Sunday is their last day and everything is 50% off. Also there were a ton of books under the tables that they have not even put out for sale yet. It will be fun to see what else they will have. Lets just say that today has been a good day so far and I have gotten a good set of books to read. Well I have to go update my bookshelves on Goodreads.com so I will talk to you later.
